The VIth Dacology International Congress – KOGAION 2005

Intercontinental Hotel, Bucharest, 30 June – 1 July 2005

 The Dacology International Congress  Kogaion 2005  took place at the Intercontinental Hotel situated in Bucharest, the Round Hall, with the following schedule: Thursday 30th of June from 9.30 to 18.00 and Friday 1st of July from 9.00 to 18.30.

 The congress’ sessions contained multiple aspects of the history of Dacia, the main task being the localization of the sacred mountain if the Dacians, Kogaion. Every study which participated  had a length of 15 minutes.

 The leading lecturers were:

Dr. Napoleon Săvescu (USA) - Sarmizegetusa or Kogaion mysteries.
Prof. Marco Merlini (Italy) -The sacred writing of the neo-eneolitic communities.
Prof. Dr. Gh. D. Iscru (Romania) - The Dacian plan which traversed history.
Dipl. ing. Branislav Stefanoski (Macedonia) - Talipico Sarmigetuzo.
Viorica Enachiuc (Romania) - The geto-dacians’ Kogaion.
Prof. Albert Riska (Albany) - Traces of the aromanian language in Albany’s toponimy.
Acad. Alexandru Surdu (Romania) - Platon reffering to the zalmoxian medicine.
