Rege dac din Transilvania(prima jumatate a secolului II ien).In
timpul domniei lui a avut loc o crestere a puterii dacilor ca urmare
a lichidarii dominatiei celtice din interiorul arcului carpatic,ceea
ce a constituit o premisa importanta a formarii statului dac
centralizat sub Burebista.Este pomenit de Trogus Pompeius-Iustinus in
Prolegomena,32"incrementa Dacorum per Rubobosten regem"—
"cresterea(puterii)dacilor prin(sau sub)regele
Rubobostes"(Pompeius Trogus-Iustinus; Prolegomena;32)
